Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Im 16 and i dont feel safe going to the school im going to and i dont want to live with my mom any more because the living conditions are stressing me out i rather live with my boyfriend and his mom has already okayed it but my mom wont let me go

You cannot leave home. You can be charged as a runaway, and nothing will change, except there will be more people in your life, with more rules. Sit down with your mom and discuss the safety issues that worry you. If that doesn't work, try your dad/grandparent/aunt/uncle or a teacher or counselor at school or anyone that seems responsible, who can talk to your mom about alternative arrangements for you. Even if it doesn't work at first, keep trying. Keep trying until someone listens to your concerns. Take care.
