okay, if your 16 and your girlfriend is pregnant are you automatically considered an adult in the laws eyes?

No. You will be a parent, but still a minor.

And you get to pay child support! So if you are in school you need to get a job after school. You will need your parents to file a legal pleadings since you are a minor and you cannot do it yourself.
