I'm 15 and my girlfriend is 14 she might be pregnant can her mom press sexual assualt charges and if she was to kick her out of the house could she legally live with me and my family?

Her mom cannot press charges for sexual assault if it was consensual. If your girlfriend is claiming you raped her, then her mom can urge the DA to go after you.

If your GF gets kicked out, technically you should call CPS, but allowing the GF to live with you is fine. Her mom could ask the police to force her to return home.
