14 and wants to live with me

My kids are 14, 13 and 11 and they all want to live with me. what do I need to do for this to happen

If their other parent is in agreement, this can be done fairly simply, but you still need an attorney, to make sure that it is done correctly. The attorney will file for a modification, and obtain an order reflecting the changes in conservatorship, support and visitation. If the other parent is not in agreement, the matter will be considered constested.
