hi i am 15 and i live in texas i am indanger at home my mom is in a pchychiatric hospitle and she is about to get out she is in there because she tryied to kill herself my dad lives in baltimore and he filed for emrgency coustody of me and things are moveing very slowly i need to be there right now my mother is a very unstable person and i am terrified to be alone with her what can i do so that i can be with my dad right now?
