if im 16 and am currently liveing with my mom and want to go live my dad and they have only been divorced for 5 months how would i go about getting to live with him

I think I answered this on Avvo for you. Your dad would need to get your mother's agreement OR file a motion to modify the parent-child relationship and also file a motion for the judge to interview you in chambers.
