Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

im 16 i was living with my babys dad i was the one who always took care of her and her dad would never help me he would alwas leave to go drink, party and smoke and he is only 16 his mom lets him drink and she gives him the beer he would abuse me so i wanted to get out of there i called my mom to help me i didnt want to be there because its not a good place for my baby there is always fighting and drinking its not a good place for a baby thats 6 months and born premature to be they have alot of criminal records like felonys they are always going to court and call the cops alot because of all the fightjing two days ago my baby dad got mad just because i told him to help me take care of her he got mad and threw me out and told to leave i didnt want to leave with out my baby so i stayed but i got to the point that day that i was not going to put up with it so i told my friend she told me that she would call my mom and tell her to go pick me up that i didnt have to be going threw that i was waiting for my mom to go so i could leave at that time the dad wasnt there he had left to go drink i when i was trying to go outside his mom took the baby away from me i went outside and called the cops i told them if they could hurry but they didnt do by the time they got there he had already got there the cops told me that i couldnt do anything about it because he was the dad and he had her so they coulndt take her away from him so i left i called cps and i still dont have my baby i love my baby she is my life im the mom and i deserve to have her her dad is going to court for a shoting that he did he he has alot of criminal record i dont my baby is not going to be save there i dont even know how she is doing i dont know what to do i need help please
