Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a 100 mile radious reatraining order on me, being the custodial parent. I am planning to marry soon. My is soon to be husband lives in 3 hours away, in Arkansas. Can I have order lifted, in order to move there, as long as my children's father still gets his every other weekend visitations, and I meet him within 100 miles or less for pick up/drop off?

You can file to lift the geographical restriction, however, to determine whether or not you have a chance at having it approved depends on the facts surrounding the case.
