CPS must investigate any allegations of child endangerment. Allegations have been made and they MUST investigate.

The person calling is probably an angry neighbor or relative. It's someone you know.

If you don't do drugs or abuse alcohol, then don't worry.

If you have done either in the past, then now is the time to clean up your life and live a clean life for the rest of your life.

You could move -- but if it's a relative that won't stop the calls. But if the calls to CPS continue after you love then you will have a better idea who is doing the calling.

When you figure out who is doing the calling all you can do is avoid that person. You cannot file a lawsuit against that person. There is nothing legally you can do to "punish" that person for calling CPS. Technically their reports to CPS are anonymous.

If you figure out it's a relative, I tell people to avoid all contact with that person. No drama, no screaming, no yelling...just cut them off. No contact with you or the children.

Also, keep a clean house and a clean life. No drugs or alcohol. No fights. No drama. You are now in CPS's file for the rest of your life. Your family is "red-flagged". You need to keep that in the back of your head at all times. You and your family are now in the CPS system for the rest of your lives! Your names will pop up whenever your names are typed in and that is bad.
