Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My 6 months pregnant with my husbands second child. He signed over his rights of our first son before we got married. Does he have any legal rights to my son due to him not being on the birth certificate and signing over his Riggs before we were married?

Who did he sign his rights over to? Is there a court order signed by a judge that says his rights are terminated?
If there is such an order (and I am suspicious about that), he would have not rights to any child for whom his rights have been terminated.
But please make sure his rights really were terminated. Look at the court order. Go to the district clerk's office and make sure the order really is on file (people fake these things all the time).
