6months pregnate and boyfriend abandonded me and baby please help.

Hi I'm about 6 months pregnate and my boyfriend abanded me and our unborn son. He is unfit. I have a few questions do I add his name to the birth cert., He went back to MI is there a was I can get full custody and he get supervised visites? This is my first baby and his family has already said they are going to try there hardest to take him from me... Can some one please help me?

If his name is on the birth certificate then he is presumed to be the father. If he decides to contest it in court and loses then he will be resonsible for back child support that he has not paid.
