Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am 15 soon to be 16, my mother has sole custody of me, I would like to live with my father and have him be my custodial parent instead, but he owes back child support. What would the odds of him becoming my custodial parent be?

IF Dad files a motion for modification and IF he asks the Judge to interview you in chambers and IF the Judge does so and IF Dad isn't an alcoholic, or a child abuser, or a convicted criminal, or a drug addict, then the chances are pretty good.
