2nd divorce,1st ex wants child to live with him
I am getting a uncontested divorce from 2nd husband. My 1st ex is stating that our 13 year old son needs to live him because he feels that our son needs a stable enviroment.
I am temporarily living with my sister, whom loves his aunt very much. Our son has his own room. My x stated that he would be living with two women and needed a roll model. From the first place the ex left me for another women whom he got pregnant and I stated he wasn't much of a roll model.
My x tried this custody change when our son was 10 and dropped the suit. My divorce now is uncontested and there is no attorneys involved. Does my x have a cause or just harrassing me? I am tired of this every 3 years he seems to bring a suit. I understand that our son is of age to tell where he wants to live, but my son and I talk and he doesn't state that he want to live with his dad.My son and I talked about moving and where to live.He didn't have a problem with any of it.I have no controll over what my x says to our son during weekend/holiday visits. If my x starts a suit, is there a way to stop him from upsetting me every three years? We had two other children and yes, he tried to change my daughters place of living when she was 10 also.

Maybe you remember from your previous experiences that the test for changing custody is best interest of the child. If you son is satisfied with the current arrangement, it's not likely to be changed just because your 1st X thinks he is a role model
