Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

when I was 17 I became pregnant. I was not faithful to who is now my husband one night bcause I was on drugs. My husband has been there since day one he signed the birth registration. I admitted to my husband that the child might not be his because my son is now 3 and looks just like the other man. My husband and I are not seperating. He loves my son and said he does not care that is his son. If the other man finds out my son is his does he have the right to ask for a DNA test and if he is the biological father can he take my son away fom us? I never told the other man it was a possibility he could be the father and dissapered from his life and can he use this against me.
