I am 15 and pregnant, I live in the state of Texas. I want to get married to my boyfriend to raise our child together. What are Texas marriage laws? And what are the requirements for people my age?

This situation is covered by 2.102 and 2.103 of the Texas Family Code.

If you're 18 years old, you can get married without your parents' permission.

If you're age 16, you can get married with their permission. If they won't give their permission, then you can petition the Court for a finding that you getting married is in your best interest.

If you're age 15, you can't get married.
