Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If I am 17 and pregnant am I able to move out? My parents fight all the time. My dad treats me like I'm 5 years old. I am not allowed to stay out passed 6:30. My dad yells at me constently. I am so tired of getting treated like I am a little kid. I am bout to have one of my own you know what I mean? My fiance wants me to move in with him when i turn 17, but I'm not sure if I can. My dad is just getting to be out of control same as my step mom. They fight constently and my dad even hits her. I just dont want to be in that house in more.

You must have your parents' permission to move out until you are 18 years old unless you are legally emancipated by a court.
