3rd party intervention

Our neices and nephew lived with us for 18 months, but were placed back with parents by DFPS 1 year ago. The parents are back to old habits, can we intervene on their behave without DFPS assistance?

You could file a Suit Affecting Parent Child Relationship. You will have to be able to prove each of your allegations against each parent.
