I'm 16 what are my rights?

I am a 16 year old that has been in treatment for 456 days and i want to sign myself out. I am not in treatment by court order I am here because my parents put me here. My question is Can i sign myself out? and if so how do i go about doing it?

You cannot sign yourself out, as you are a minor. If you have been maltreated, then you can file a petition under the MHMR provisions of the Juvenile Justice code asking for the court to intervene and investigate the circumstances.
