Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I'm 19, single, and pregnant. If I do not put the biological father's name on the birth cirtificate, am I able to give my baby to a family who wants to adopt. As the mother of this child I believe it is what is best. I also think the father has joined the air force and I don't believe you can be a single parent while enlisted.

Your question is complex.
Not listing a "father" is not enough.
I don't know of any agency or couple that would adopt a child unless everything was in order.
Unfortunately, your "opinion" is irrelevant. The bio. father has rights unless a court terminates them.
Additionally, there are many parents in the military and I don't think any of them would agree with your "opinion".
Good luck!
