I am 17, i turn 18 in 5months, I work and go to school. I live with my familly but im alwayz arguin with my younger sister and mom can i move out?

Technically, you can move out in five month, but practically, you can probably do it now. There are two reasons:
1. The courts rarely tell a 17 year old what to do, although they can. they are more likely to warn you of the consequences of not being supported by your folks.
2. It might not be worth the money that your folks would have to spend to force you into the court system for only five months.
You should really consider EVERYTHING before you do this. In today's economy, even children much older with a college education frequently have to move back home. You might want to ask your folks for some counseling to avoid the constant arguing. Do you have a plan to pay for college? Are you not planning to go. From personal experience, I can tell you that your "budget" for living along is way too small for the actual expenses that you will have.
