I am 17 and whant to move out with me 22year old boyfriend

I am 17 and I want to move out with my 22 year old boyfriend I have both of my parents consent is it legal ??

Get your parents' consent in writing. If there is a court order regarding your conservatorship, ask your parents to agree to an emancipation order.

That was the legal response -- the real response is, are you kidding me? Your parents both say its okay to do this? I understand you want to do it -- you're 17 -- you aren't supposed to act like an adult, because you aren't -- but what are your parents' excuse? I hope this guy is Prince Charming, and heir to a Greek shipping fortune, and kind and spiritual, and straight, and drug free, and caring and supportive. I also hope that you have zero dreams for your future to develop as a human being. Otherwise you just might be disappointed later on.
