Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My 15 year old has attempted suicide, been promiscuous, has been lying, drinking and using drugs! 2 weeks ago she accused my husband of begging her for a blow job! It's not true! I know this for a fact and have evidence to support this! She lives with her dad currently! Since her allegations my ex is not allowing me to see them at all but has not gone to the police about the allegations! Can I hold him in contempt?

You can file a motion to enforce the decree by contempt. However I can't predict the outcome. You should contact a family law attorney in your area..
