Does my 15 year old have choises

Does my 15 year old son have a choise of who he lives with? His father had me sign a paper that was noterised that he had costidy of him and I would get him for the summers and see him when I wanted but they made him a slave and he had to work for they every day. I took him back to Texas from MO. and now he is with me. He doesn't want to go back there I got costidy in the devorce.

You really need to see a lawyer. Where is the original court order from? That is the court that you need to deal with, if it has not been transferred.
