i have a 15 year old daughter her biological father she hasnt seen since she was 4. her biological father is not on the birth certificate my husand. and my daughter wants visitation rights or full custody with her father. i am the mom but my husband wants to fight it because he is on the birth certificate what can i do.

If he files a Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship, then as soon as you're served with papers, file an answer with the court.
Then just fight the lawsuit. You'll need an attorney in order to have the best chances of success. Unless there are some hideous facts you have not disclosed, the absentee father will not win "full custody." If he is able to oversome some presumptions about paternity, he will eventually get standard possession and will have to pay guideline support.
