15 year old daughter with child
My husbands 15 year old daughter had a child. She was living in another town with her mother who is currently homeless and on her second dwi. Daughter moved in with the 14 year old fathers family. After baby was born they were kicked out and now live with a woman and family of no relation to the 15 year old mother or 14 year old father. We are trying to get her home. What are my husbands legal rights to make her come home?

Who has legal custody of the 15 year old?
If it is the father, then he can go get her. He would need a certified copy of the current court document and he can take a constable, police officer, sheriff to the house with him.
If it is the mother, then he can file for a modification.
If the 15 year old has married, then she is no longer considered a minor.
