Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My 30 year old daughter lives with us in Texas. Does not work or go to school or pay rent. We loan her money to pay her car note, and insurance. Moved in and out for the last 12 years. Has other issues as well. Has stolen money from our bank accounts. Do not want to press charges. Just want her to move out. Can we legally kick her out ? We have been told we have to file and evict her. Please!

Since she is not technically a tenant because she doesn't pay rent, you might call the police and file a report that she is trespassing (you asked her to leave and she refused). If the officers do not do anything, then you may have to go the eviction route.
