Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my 16 year daughter is in ohio with her father, she wants to come back home but he wont let her. will I have a problem getting her in school if he doesn't unenroll her in ohio

If there is a court order saying that she is supposed to live with the father in OH, then you could have all kinds of problems if the father does not agree to the move. If there is no court order or if the father agrees to the move, then you should be able to enroll her. I can't say the Texas school won't hassle you a little bit...but you will be able to enroll her.
