Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My 17 year old daughter quit school Dec 2008 she told the school she was going to a local school for pregnant females.. She never enrolled. She lost that baby. since then she has had another baby and is pregnant right now. She has lived with her boyfriend since her first pregnancy but yet I am going to court for child support! Should I stll be responisble for paying my ex support when she hasnt had the girl in 2 years? My ex is trying to get the support raised even thought my daughter will be 18 in June 2011 She is on medicaid but yet the Attorney General wants me to pay medical support. Shouldn't her boyfriend provide the medical support since it is his children being born? If i am still responsible to pay support is there a way I can make sure it goes to my daughter instead of my ex? Since she isnt living with her mother then my ex isnt doing her part in supporting her either I spoke to an attorney and was told that since my daughter hs a child an not living with her mother i am no longer responsible but the Attorney General says otherwise

Get a lawyer. You're right, you shouldn't pay your ex-wife child support for a child who doesn't live with her.
