Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello. I have a 14 year old daughter who has been visiting with her father and step mother. My ex husband and his wife have been harrassing my daughter on facebook calling her a liar and a little bit.h. The wife has emailed me stating the exact same thng as well as my daughter. My daughter is now upset and depressed, about the name calling. She is only 14 years old, and a good kid. Not sure how to handle this. Is this a form of child abuse? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Take screen shots of the facebook postings, and save and print all of the postings and emails. Discuss with an attorney the option of limiting contact with the father through a modification.
