My 15 year old is expecting a baby Re: child suport protection from dedad beat 1

I have contacted the attorney generals office for support questions. I would like to know the legal grounds that the 17yr old dad (who is not involved in the pregnancy has when the baby is born. and as our 15yr old daughters parents what are our rights? We are afraid when the baby is born (any day) that he will flee with the baby to Illinois? can you help with my questions? please.

My experience is that 17 year old boys are not in to taking care of children, but they greatly enjoy playing mind games with a 15 year old girl and her parents. If you seriously feel that he might flee with the child, you'll have to go to Court to obtain a permanent injunction to prevent him from taking the child out of state, restrict visitation to a supervised visitation and make him put up a bond for visitation and child support. I don/t know if the judge would do all of these things or if you want to go to court to obtain these remedies; but these are just some of the options that might be available to thwart a smart aleck juvenile father
