Without sex, I can't think of a criminal offense that would apply in Texas. But some or many people will be disturbed by it and may assume that sex is occuring, which would be a very serious crime for him; one that would follow him the rest of his life because he would be classified as a sex offender with all of the accompanying public notification requirements and social stigma. So you will both (but especially him) need to go out of your way to demonstrate a very high level of respect towards each other as well as your family and friends. You are both very young to have the maturity needed to realize how and when to help each other and put the other before you own personal interests.

It is important that you contine attending school. Otherwise your parents will faced with a choice of being prosecuted for your truancy or declaring that you have run away. Your boyfriend could then be prosecuted for harboring a runaawy, a Class A Misdemeanor.
