17 year old
What can I do if my 17 year old leaves my home again and takes things that are not hers. She has left several times, now threatening that she will take tv, computer, etc. next time she leaves.

If she takes things that are not hers without permission, she is a thief. One usually calls the police about thieves. Perhaps you should warn her that being 17 is not going to save her from the criminal justice system.
