17 year old moving out in texas

I just want to know if a 17 year old can move out of her house with a older blood relative? I have a job and can take care of my self. Its my sister and she is about to be 19. She has a job to and we are able to sopport everthing we need. Is it legal if i move out?

You are in 'limbo'.

You are legally not an adult, and legally cannot make binding contracts.

You also cannot be considered a runaway, or truant.

If your parents are divorced, then there may be some restrictions and obligations they have until you are 18 years old.
