a 17 year olds rights

with me being 17 and in foster/cps palcement, can my guardians force me to go move in with my convicted sex offender mother who is off probation and make me switch schools again in the process? my guardian uses this as a threat. i no longer live in her house because i reported her to cps and it caused a stroke in her. should i be able to decide were i live and do they have any say?

At 17, CPS is really not very interested in you.

If your mother is a convicted sex offender, I don't think you can live with her.

Only a judge can order you where to live.

Oral threats are "worth the paper they are written on".
