14 year old rights
I a 14 year-old girl has a parent that is clearly unfit and cannot live with the other because the other is homeless can she live with her granmother legally?

Is the grandmother will to step in and take responsibility for the child, and the attendant attorney fees? Are the parents going to fight it? It is possible, but might not be easy.
