Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am a 25 year old single mom living in texas. ive been waiting for child support for 7 months and have not been able to obtain any money. My daugyter is 2. and was born in texas. I am from california but haVE BEEN LIVING IN TEXAS FOR 2 YEARS. I CAN NO LONGER STay in texas due to the lack of income. am i able to leave texas with my daughter and move to california to live with my parents in order to have help. Me and her father were never married.

I can't answer 100%. If there is NO COURT ORDER stating that you must live in TX, then move tomorrow! Once a court order is signed by a Judge that ORDERS you to remain in TX, you can move but your child is restricted to TX.
