My 19 year old son beleives he is the father of a son born yesterday.
The 17 year old mother of the child states it is my son's child.
the mothers father filled out the birth certificate information for his daughter and refuses to list my son, or anyone else as the father.
The childs mother is afraid of her father and goes along with what ever he says.
What rights do my son have?
