Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My 9 year old son lives with me here is san Antonio. His father currently lives in Houston but is wanting to move to Dallas (he works from home) making the trip even longer and more expensive. This will effect both his school and extracurricular activities. Is there anything I can do to stop this move what rights do I have for my sons interest?

Everything is negotiable.

I think you should attend mediation immediately.

He can move but he'll have to pay for the extra costs.

Go see an attorney immediately.
