Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My 18 year old son just moved in with his dad this week and will graduate in June. I am remarried and am a stay-at-home mom. How much child support would I have to pay my ex for the next 5 months until graduation?

Since the "child" is now over 18, it's complicated.

I suggest you sit down with an attorney in your area and talk to someone in person. Technically, your ex would need to go to court and ask a judge to order you to pay child support.

Without a order signed by a judge, then you "owe" no money!

Also, the "child" is now over the age of 18 so the child is no longer a minor child!
