Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Can my 17 year old son get in trouble for touching my 17 year old daughter on her "private" (on top of clothes) while she was sleeping? There is really no proof just speculation. I would like to put him into counseling but am worried about legal implications, would they have to report that? Not necessarily worried of him getting into trouble if he really did it but opening my home to CPS and others and maybe losing all my children. Guess I have just heard too many stories of how they get involved.

Keeping CPS out of your life is a good goal.
I don't think it's likely that he'd get in legal trouble if CPS is not involved. If you get him counseling, just tell him to not give any specific details of the incident to the counselor. Instead, let him talk about his general sexual urges and inability to control them (if that's really the issue).
