Hello, I am a 15 year old and I was wondering what processes I have to go through to become emancipated. And what kind of conditions make it possible for the emancipation process to go through?

You are not old enough to be emancipated. The rules for emancipation can be found in the Texas Family Code (Removal of Disabilities of a Minor) Chapter 31. If you are 16 and living independently, you can petition for removal. If not, then you have to wait until you are 17. Persons younger than 18 that marry or enlist, with parental permission are considered emancipated.
