Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Greetings.

18 years ago a woman I briefly dated , unbeknownst to me, acknowledged me as her son's father. I never signed an AOP or a birth certificate. I have accumulated over $60,000 in child support arrears mainly because I was incarcerated in TDCJ for 16 years; the duration of this alleged youth, supposedly belonging to me, needing my financial assistance. Now the CSD will be suspending my driver's license November 2011 without fully establishing me as said child's legal/paternal father. Where do I start?

You need to hire a family law attorney. Be sure to bring any paperwork you have such as a copy of the the suspension notice.
