Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
~ 2 years ago my 13 year old daughter was sent to live with her father. She signed 2 parental choice forms as she did not choose to live with the father. i now have supervised visits and must pay $19,000 in attorney fees, $9,000 in total amicus attorney fees and $7,000 in false medical charges. i only make $8.00/hr and tried to retain custody. i missed several deadlines but filed my case all the way to the Texas Supreme Court. is there anyway to have these false judgement charges removed?

See a bankruptcy lawyer to see if these debts are dischargeble.
