Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Im 27 years old i was getting beat by my husband we have a 2 year old daughter. I try to comite susicide i was put in the hospital for 3 weeks and i am out the siciteres said that i was being beat so bad that that way i was so sad my selfesteem was so low .i have got the help that i need i want to start a new life out of that abusive relationship but his parents took my daughter away . His parents advised him to take the money out of the saveing accout and the checking accout . Now i have no money i dont have my daughter which is the most important thing in my life . (a) Get a protective order against him. The District Attorneys office may help you do that. (b) Go get your daughter from his parents TODAY (assuming there is no order in place preventing you from doing that; (c) file for divorce and seek a TRO preventing him from spending any money at all other than for living expenses and legal fees.
