Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am 22 years old with 2 children from a previous realationship. I own a succesful vending business of 70 machines and work 8-5 and make around 45,000 a year at work as a regional sales manager. I am in college. my children go to a good daycare, I am currently pregnant by a guy who is 40 that i been seeing about 6 months. I am about 3 months pregnant and do not want a abortion but feel im pushed into it cause he tells me every time we argue that he is going to take custody from me right when the child is born and that he planned this. I feel absolotely stuck. He is 40 and makes around 200k a year and owns his own financial business and has a big house. He said the judges in dallas tx would hand over hand give him custody since it would be my third. I have no record never been in trouble never done drugs and own a brand new truck and a house in indiana where me and my ex lived but now a home here. I am a good mother and love my children more then anything. he is 20 years older then me and might make more but im there mother and love them and will take care of them. Would a judge give him custody that easy. He also goes drinking about twice a week and drives home soooo drunk and got a dui but got it dropped to a lesser charge. what do i do? please help

Your 40-year-old "boyfriend" is a lying bully. Tell him NO. He will NOT get custody of a newborn baby.

And you need to investigate something called "contraception."
