17 years old daughter
We live in Texas and our daughter has left home without our permission. Is she considered a runaway or is she able to leave home without our permission?

She is not a runaway at 17.
If her whereabouts are unknown, then she might be considered a missing person. Even then, however, once she is found, she cannot be forced to return home.
