Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I am 17 years old, can I (legally) move in with my boyfriend that is (over) 18 years old? I want to make sure he wil NOT get in trouble with the law. I'm not planning on moving in with him but if worst comes to show I need to know this answer ASAP.

No, you cannot do that without parental consent unless he's willing to risk going to jail for it. As I said, if your mom wants to file charges against him, him even trying to get you to move in with him, whether or not you actually do, is chargeable criminally.
