hi im 16 years old & i live with my grandmother(my fathers mother) i wanted to know if my father well why my father has custody of me if i've never lived with him ever & can he still make decisions for me? i've lived with my grandmother sense birth but shes to scared to get custody of me meanwhile my father who lives around the corner is making decisions for my life

Is your mother in the picture? If so, she could intervene on your behalf.
Your grandmother might consider having a consultation with a good family lawyer, to discuss her options privately. She may be in a far better legal position than she realizes. She also may have reasons to 'let sleeping dogs lie'. Talk to her.
