Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am 18. my young sister (15) is running away from home due to my moms boy friend abusing her. we call CPS and they go do a report and do nothing, they also give my mom warning that they are coming. I want to know how i can get my sister out of that situation and not go to jail for it. I have tried using the system and i get nothing, no results and i am needing an answer fast. My sisiter has already tried committing suicide. and is cutting on her self.

Would your mom let your sister move in with you for 6 months? If so, you would then have standing to sue for conservatorship if your sister and you would probably win. But you'd just have to play nice with your mom for 6 months. Find a way to make that work for her.
