16 yr old dating 20 year old
my sister is dating a 20 year old man! i can't get him to stop dating her bc she is stupidly in love. he's gotten her pregnant. He manipulates her in such ways that they're unexplainable. i need to knwo what can i do to stop this!!

Call the police. In Texas if there is more than a three year age gap, a child under 17 cannot legally consent to sex.

I believe � 18.2-371 (rendering a child diliquent) makes it illegal for a 20 year old to have intercourse with a 16 year old, but that statute isn't an exact match. Unfortunately, most VA laws in this regard have a cut off at 15 years old.
